Whistleblowing

The Biodue Group adopts a process for receiving, analyzing, and processing reports (including anonymous reports) regarding the Company sent by third parties or Biodue Group persons.

The process complies with regulatory changes introduced by Legislative Degree no. 24 of March 10, 2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws (known as the “Whistleblowing Law”).

For sending and managing reports, the Biodue Group has implemented a dedicated IT platform, which is a preferred channel for sending reports.
